Located in the neighbourhood of Lynn Valley, the interior space of this project takes inspiration from forestry within its locale. This modern and minimalistic design incorporates earth tones and natural materials to reflect the beautiful nature of North Vancouver. The Barker & Welsh residence is grounded in calmness, security, and contentment.
Living/Dining Area
Thoughtful and innovative space planning maximizes the square footage of the ground and upper floors. Circulation is functional and supports Barker & Welsh’s lifestyle, making it convenient to complete various day-to-day activities. Additionally, because they do not all come from the same family, the design caters to the individual needs of each member, allowing them to rest and unwind comfortably in their on space at any time of the day.
